![]() ![]() I messaged miles back stating I thought that was a bs reason to essentially not do anything about the situation, and inquired about having the original pickups professionally installed and returning the guitar- they never responded to my message. Upon getting the messages I also received another extremely tiny refund- both totaling to not even cover the taxes on this guitar. As a player and all guitar players know, changing your pickups has nothing to do with a nut falling off. The following day miles messaged me on reverb and explained because I changed the pickups to another kind, there was nothing that they could do to help get me to the quoted price. Told associate the quote I received for the repair in my opinion was alittle expensive and was not expecting an outright payout. I called and spoke with an associate, stated the concerns and wanted to find a way to keep the guitar but get something in return to have the nut and clear coat repaired. The following issues discovered after having time to sit down with it. I contacted immediately about the paint chip and we agreed on a very small refund for the discrepancy with the paint chip. They failed to mention a paint chip on the wing * ****** v * that had been attempted to be repaired, the nut fell off once the strings were removed and the clear coat over the sides of the nut was chipped * was clearly noticed and ignored when re strung by them * and 2 out of the 6 tuners do not function correctly. Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying a 3k+ guitar on from these guys. DO NOT buy from these guys unless you physically have an item in your hand to inspect. ![]()
